Baked Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the concern to your satisfaction.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable products, such as handcrafted textiles, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
